Simple Student Information and Billing System in VB.Net with Source Code

This is a Simple Student Information and Billing System Project that was developed using VB.NET and MS SQL Server Database. The system stores the students' information and manages the payment records of the certain school. The system also stores and manages the list of the school's academic year, courses, and subjects of the students. With the help of this system, the school can manage their students' records more effectively and efficiently. This will help also to easily retrieve the records for any circumstances at any time.

How to Run

Requirements

Download and Install MS Visual Studio Software.

Download and Install MS SQL Express Server

Download and Install MS SQL Server Management Studio Software

Installation/Setup

Download and extract the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)

Open the extracted source code folder and locate the provided database files inside the database folder.

Open your MS SQL Server Management Studio Server and Attach the database MDF file in the database in your server. The file is known as "DBsms.mdf".

Locate the solution file in the extracted source code folder. The file is known as "Administrator.sln".

Open the solution file with your MS Visual Studio Software.

Press the "F5" key on your keyboard to run this Simple Students' information and Billing System Project.

Note: The first form that will be shown when running the project is the connection form. This requires you to enter the server name and submit it to connect to the server and to proceed to use the project.
