This is a VB.NET and MySQL Database Project entitled Enrollment and Billing System. The system is a software-based application that can be accessed by 2 types of system users. The system users are the Administrator and Staff.

The main purpose of this Enrollment and Billing System is to provide efficient and accurate enrollment records that can help school staff and faculty save time and effort during the process. This system is very important that can be used by the lower levels of education only. It is very easy to use that a student can quickly be enrolled during the enrollment process. And this system ensured that their data is securely stored. The system can also do payments and print receipts of the students.

(download and install the ff:)

xampp latest version

MySQL-connector-net

MySQL-connector-odbc

Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or later versions

SAP Crystal Reports

Setup/Installation

Download and Extract the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)

Open your XAMPP's Control Panel and strat Apache and MySQL

Open a browser and browse the PHPMyAdmin i.e. http://localhost/phpmyadmin

Create a new database naming dbenrolment

Import the provided SQL File inside the extracted source code folder. The file is known as dbenrolment.sql.

Locate the project's solution file in the extracted source code folder. The file is know EnrolmentBillingSystem.sln

Open the solution file with your MS Visual Studio Software.

Press the F5 key on your keyboard to run the Enrollment and Billing System.

Access this system using the admin accounts:

Username: admin

Password: admin
