The Employee Management System with Source Code is a PHP project that can make your employer work convenient and easy to manage all the employees within the company. This simple project was developed using these: PHP, MySQLi, CSS and Javascript. This system is useful when it comes to big companies that has a lot of employees, it could help you organize and maintain their respective role. The system is consist of two users: The admin and the employee, the admin role is to monitor and manage all the employees detail information while the employee can submit their finish project and apply an application for leave. This Employee Management System was developed with 2 different user roles or types. On of the user roles is for System Administrators. The admin users are the ones that has the privelege to access all the list of employees Pending/Approved. They are also the ones who can update the status of the employees leave application. The other system roles is for the employees. The Employees of the company can easily register their accounts on the system. Each employee can update their profile and password on the system on the employee side of the system. They can only create one leave application on the system which means if they already created a leave application and still in pending status, employee can't add another application until the pending one is approved or denied. How to Run?? Requirements

Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP. Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)

System Installation/Setup

Open your XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL. Extract the downloaded source code zip file. Copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. Browse the PHPMyAdmin in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/phpmyadmin Create a new database naming pms_db. Import the provided SQL file. The file is known as employee_akpoly.sql located inside the source code directory. Browse the Prison Management System in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/employee_akpoly/.
